• Lead cross-departmental collaboration to ensure efficient execution and high-quality delivery of projects
• Enhance the company's academic and technical influence through patent creation, paper publication, and participation in academic and industry conferences;

PhD in Optics, Optometry, Ophthalmology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields, with a profound academic background and deep insight into the optometry industry;

博士学历，光学、眼视光学、眼科学或生物医学工程等相关专业，具有深厚的学术背景和对眼视光行业的深刻洞察；

Extensive research experience in ophthalmic and optometric products, with the capability to independently leading the full-cycle development from idea to completion.

• Significant research achievements and contributions in the field of myopia control, with a broad academic network and industry influence.

• High level of responsibility and leadership, maintaining clarity in decision-making and resoluteness in execution in a complex and dynamic work environment.

• Open to frequent travel as part of the role.
