Remote Admin Coordinator – Cleaning Services (EST Hours)
Job summary
A professional cleaning service is seeking an Admin Coordinator to manage schedules, assist the cleaning crew, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience as a virtual assistant or in customer service, strong communication skills in English, and a keen attention to detail. This full-time position allows for work flexibility in a dynamic environment. Qualifications
- Proven experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage and finalize the cleaning crew's schedule, typically 10 days in advance.
- Address and resolve issues related to client and cleaning crew.
- Track customer payments and assist with special projects.
