We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Engineer to serve as the IT Architect for IT Process Automation and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Champion. This critical role will lead IT automation initiatives and oversee the full deployment and optimization of ServiceNow Discovery across servers, storage, and network devices in data centers. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and a strategic vision to transform and optimize IT operations.
