As a Business Operations Associate at Chainlink Labs, you will join a fast-paced and mission-driven team supporting one of the most impactful Web3 platforms globally. In this role, you'll be a key contributor across high-impact initiatives in operations, strategy, and cross-functional execution — working directly with leadership and teams spanning product, sales, and expansion.

• Partner with leaders across the organization (strategy, product, ops, go-to-market) to drive growth and execution.
• Lead and contribute to analytical and strategic projects with measurable business impact.
• Analyze data to develop insights, propose business recommendations, and define success metrics.
• Identify and solve operational gaps by developing scalable processes and systems.
• Create dashboards, reporting, and cross-functional tracking tools to inform company strategy.
• Own and manage cross-departmental initiatives and help align stakeholders toward common goals.

• Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years experience in consulting, strategy, or business operations at a high-growth tech company.
• 1–2 years of experience in the blockchain/crypto industry, with a solid understanding of its ecosystem, products, and value drivers.
• Strong analytical skill set with comfort in quantitative modeling, forecasting, and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with business functions such as sales, marketing, product, and finance — and the ability to drive initiatives across them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a bias toward action and ownership — you're willing to get hands-on and solve whatever comes your way.

• Experience contributing to blockchain or crypto projects.
• Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools.
• Past collaboration with GTM (go-to-market) teams or product launch initiatives.
• Exposure to high-growth or startup environments with evolving priorities.
