If you love marketing, let’s talk! We are a US-based agency that is looking for our next Paid Ads Coordinator. This entry-level role focuses on supporting paid marketing initiatives through a mix of technical tasks and creative design. Grow your skills in a collaborative environment where your creativity and technical proficiency drive client campaign success.
Pay will be in USD, between $1000-$1400 per month based on experience.
Paid Media Management
- Campaign Setup & Management: Assist in launching and managing campaigns on Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads. Configure targeting, budgeting, and bidding strategies.
- Creative Design: Create ad creatives using Canva. Collaborate with the creative team and assist in A/B testing ad variants.
- Performance Monitoring: Support optimization strategies, generate performance reports, and provide data-driven insights.
Technical & Operational Support
- System Integrations: Help maintain integrations between Unbounce, WordPress, Zapier, Mailchimp, and other platforms.
- Landing Page Management: Assist in designing and updating Unbounce landing pages, including A/B testing and setting up email notifications.
- Email Marketing: Support the setup and management of client email accounts and develop lead magnets.
- Collaboration Tools: Organize Slack channels, Google Drive folders, and Trello boards for efficient project management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Basic to intermediate Canva skills and familiarity with tools like Unbounce, WordPress, Zapier, Mailchimp, Google Docs/Sheets, Trello, and Slack.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative Ability: Basic design skills and a willingness to collaborate on high-quality visuals and copy.
- Problem-Solving: Tech-oriented mindset with a solution-driven approach.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English language skills.
- Experience: Internships or experience in digital marketing preferred but not required. Demonstrated interest in paid media campaigns is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with email drip campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRMs like Hubspot, Zoho, or Keap.

This is a remote position, so you will need a reliable computer and internet connection. Typical hours are M-F, 8-5 EST. However, we offer some flexibility with start and end times, and Fridays end at noon!
