Job Summary
This role is responsible for architecting and implementing new changes in and administering on a day-to-day basis SalesForce. In addition to this, communicating with stakeholders and managing reporting on implementation projects is a prerequisite.
Duties and responsibilities
- Administration of Salesforce for the organization.
- Defining, architecting and implementing new solutions in Salesforce.
- Managing projects, and backlogs associated with Salesforce projects.
- Working and communicating with Salesforce users/stakeholders across the business to define and act on new solutions.
- Working in Agile/Scrum Methodology.
- Leveraging systems used in product development (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc...) to facilitate tracking.
- Work with the variety teams in software development to facilitate meetings to discuss issues, ideas, obstacles etc
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications
- Salesforce Qualifications including but not limited to “Salesforce Admin”, “Salesforce Platform Developer”, and “Salesforce App Developer”
- General understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum-like workflow.
- 3+ years of Salesforce development.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Engineering or product design background a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
- Approaches others in a tactful manner.
- Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
- Strong sense of ownership and willing to see a solution to a problem through from start to finish.
