Position Overview: As a member of the Technology team, the Senior ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for teaming with business stakeholders to continually improve and support the company’s Dynamics Finance and Operations and interfacing systems. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to leverage D365 to improve processes, gather relevant requirements, design solution, configuration, implementation, and training. The position is responsible for documenting requirements, collaborating with business partners to determine solutions, creating, maintaining, and tracking project plans, delivery of solutions and on-going support functions. Additionally, the Senior ERP Business Analyst will support the ongoing monitoring of level 2 and 3 support items to ensure systems and interfaces are operating as designed and data integrity is maintained. This is a full-time permanent position working remotely in Mexico.
