Descripción del empleo

Sperton is an international recruitment and consulting company with a strong presence in Scandinavia and globally.

We are looking for a networked and results-oriented salesperson who knows the industry and has the ability to create new business opportunities.

Location: Remote in Mexico

Type: Independent consultant role, commission-based

What does the role entail?

  1. Identify and create new business opportunities through your existing network.
  2. Sell recruitment and consulting services to companies, primarily in energy, IT, engineering or similar (but not required).
  3. Build strong and long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  4. Be ready to actively contact potential customers through, for example, cold calls.
  5. Work independently, but in close collaboration with our Country Manager in Panama.
  6. Participate in sales meetings and training in English with Sperton's global team.

Who are you?

  1. You have previous experience selling recruitment and/or consulting services.
  2. You have an existing network of potential customers in Latin America.
  3. You are fluent in Spanish and comfortable with meetings and training in English.
  4. You are skilled at building relationships and communicating well with both customers and internal teams.
  5. You are self-driven, results-oriented and enjoy commission-based compensation.
  6. Experience with systems such as Teamtailor, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement.
