As a Software Development Engineer, it’s up to you to define, design and refine the tech that keeps us one step ahead of listeners. Anticipate. Innovate. You’ll work with innovative technologies like LIT framework, AWS Gen AI, and assist with the implementation of new web design systems.

• Independently lead complex technical initiatives within your team
• Mentor and support other developers by cultivating curiosity and deep technical understanding
• Explore technical needs and bring solutions to the table
• Establish and follow good engineering practices
• Work within Java and Python development environment

• 3+ years experience of software development and deployment of distributed multi‑tier applications
• 2+ years of non‑internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience using AWS technologies at scale in a production environment
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science
• Business fluency in written and verbal English
