The Business Applications Analyst will focus on supporting the Go-To-Market organization’s Customer 360 strategic operations. This role is dedicated to creating clean, intuitive user experiences across the Salesforce ecosystem, data normalization, seamless data flow through optimized 3rd party integrations, and supporting high impact processes directly related to the customer journey. This role will transform how our Go-to-Market teams interact with data by designing role-specific interfaces that surface the most relevant customer information at the right time, enabling our GTM teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

How you'll add value:
  • Ongoing collaboration with each GTM team to understand where their workflows contribute to the customer journey to assist in fully maximizing their ability to execute these workflows effectively
  • Identify and improve inefficiencies in the Salesforce UI/UX by leveraging the full range of Salesforce feature functionality to surface the right data at the right time, increasing user adoption
  • Support RevOps by managing standard data normalization and duplicate data prevention in Salesforce
  • Execute on field structure redefinition to standardize help text, descriptions, data types, and other attributes to ensure scalable object modeling and metadata framework is maintained
  • Support the automation of data integration from GTM tools such as Gong, Zoominfo, Clay
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to identify and improve the team’s ability to work quickly and efficiently through high impact processes
  • Create detailed process flow diagrams, data process documentation, and configuration specifications for UI/UX.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate timelines, risks, and dependencies clearly.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and coordinate feedback incorporation into final deliverables.
  • Present stakeholders with documentation to include content to enable them to train users on new solutions being delivered.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • 3-5 years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
  • Proficiency in Sales cloud data models, object and field best practices, and integrations required
  • Experience with configuring the Salesforce user interface and user experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles.
  • Salesforce Administrator and App Builder strongly preferred.
  • Experience with third-party application configuration plus.
