- Ensure material performance on paint application.
- Responsible for process improvement to comply with color match.
- Monitor process compliance with specifications.

- Ensure the material performance on the paint application.
- Responsible to improve the process to comply with the color match.
- Process optimization support and process optimization by material.
- Monitor process comply with process specification.
- Provide coaching on process optimization to paint shop personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacture, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience in production.
- Knowledge in paint production system, material, production, color theory (Paint).
- Fluent business English.
