A leading automotive manufacturer in San Luis Potosí is hiring an Inspection Planner Senior Specialist to develop quality tools and processes. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality reporting or improvement within the automotive sector. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of ISO 9001 standards are required. This role includes collaboration across teams and establishing key performance indicators to monitor production quality.

What awaits you?

Develop tools, applications, and processes to enhance quality within the painted body organization.

  • Participate in internal technology quality teams, overseeing the problem resolution process across all plant technologies, with a focus on implementing corrective measures for corrosion protection.
  • Create and refine plant-specific inspection plans by integrating generic inspection requirements and defining the necessary planning premises.
  • Establish and introduce key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and control the production process in the paint shop.
  • Collaborate with process partners (project, production, structure) to effectively implement the inspection plan.

What should you bring along?

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Quality Management, Automotive Engineering, or IT Systems.
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality reporting, quality improvement, or relevant experience in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and DYKO methodologies.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and database tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
