A leading cryptocurrency platform in Mexico is seeking a Business Fraud Ops Manager to oversee fraud prevention strategies for business accounts. You will lead high-risk investigations and manage a team of specialists. The ideal candidate has a background in fraud prevention, strong analytical skills, and exceptional stakeholder management abilities. We are seeking a Business Fraud Ops Manager to lead our fraud prevention strategies for business accounts. This role is responsible for managing complex, high-risk fraud investigations, leading a team of senior specialists in the analysis of critical accounts, and shaping the future of our fraud prevention framework. You will be responsible for identifying emerging fraud patterns, driving improvements in our policies and tools, and serving as the main counterpart for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on risk appetite and build trust with key business partners.
This person will report to the Senior Manager of Fraud Operations, inside the Fraud Prevention team.
