A professional services company is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage recruitment across diverse roles including design and localization. This full-time position initially offers a 6-month contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent. Candidates should have at least 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience and excellent communication skills. The role is remote, allowing for a distributed work environment, aimed at improving recruitment effectiveness across the organization.

Formación

  • At least 3 years experience with high volume recruitment.
  • Experience managing or working in an Applicant Tracking System.
  • High-growth startup experience is preferred.

YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :
  • Sourcing and recruiting for roles across the organization, including design, localization, QA and general & administrative
  • Understanding the roles, priorities, and needs of your hiring managers and creating a sourcing strategy to attract the right talent
  • Working closely with hiring managers to establish trust, and providing them with structure and information throughout the hiring process
  • Providing feedback, suggestions and input to Chief People Officer and team to improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process in the organization
IDEALLY, YOU'LL HAVE :
  • At least 3 years experience with high volume recruitment
  • Experience managing or working in an Applicant Tracking System, (ie Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter), and a variety of sourcing tools and job boards
  • A collaborative approach, with a focus on knowledge sharing
  • An inquisitive mind with a strong desire to learn new things and improve existing processes
  • High-growth startup experience
  • Experience working as part of a distributed team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving, attention to detail, follow up and time management skills

The Recruiter role is a full-time, initially 6-month contract position, and we intend to convert it to a full-time employment relationship.

This role is a distributed position and can be based in any location.

Sora Union operates independently in association with All Turtles.

We work with a variety of partners and clients, some inside the All Turtles product studio as well as external companies.
