Responsible for the development and coaching of team members, assisting with leads / tickets / dialer / system management, and assisting the manager to achieve desired sales results.

Requirements

• Solid previous experience as a sales Team Lead in a call center environment.
• Sales experience is a MUST
• Conversational English
• Computer, headset, and internet connection
