A leading project management company based in Mexico City is looking for an experienced Project Manager. In this role, you will manage and support project management efforts, ensuring adherence to quality standards while coordinating across multiple disciplines. You will also be responsible for timely status updates and developing executive level communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with a knack for managing cross-functional projects.

Overview
Responsible for managing and supporting project management efforts across the organization; coordinates, monitors and manages projects across multiple disciplines including in the Risk domains. These projects are typically highly visible initiatives with significant impact on business or product viability.
Responsibilities
- Advises executive management of recommended changes and/or improvements.
- Oversees and may contribute to the development of project definition and scope at the project level.
- Manages/leads projects involving multiple stakeholders and drives the formulation of business processes and requirements.
- Monitors key milestones and outcomes of responsible projects in the program throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.
- Develops presentations, dashboards, reports and other team and executive level project communications and documentation.
