We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Site EHS Head to lead our Environmental, Health, and Safety strategy at our production site in Lerma, Mexico. We are looking for a highly qualified professional with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Emergency Response, Environmental Protection, and Sustainability within chemical, API, or global pharmaceutical companies.
The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in handling high potent chemical compounds, along with a strong track record in implementing, maintaining, and improving EHS Management Systems in line with local regulations and corporate standards. You should be comfortable tracking and analyzing performance indicators related to compliance, customer service, business sustainability, and people development.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to coach and develop teams to achieve high performance. An advanced level of English is required, as this role involves regular interaction with global teams and stakeholders.
