A leading aerospace manufacturer in Mexicali is seeking a LIDER DE OPERACIONES to supervise resources and develop production programs. The role requires strong project management skills and advanced English proficiency. Responsibilities include setting production plans, leading improvement projects, and coordinating production meetings. Bachelor's Degree. 3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Supervises resources and develop programs based on production capacity and material availability. Monitoring results of process and making the necessary adjustments to meet customer's requirements.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to set a daily production plan to achieve the goals of safety, quality and production, supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill.
- Detect area needs.
- Lead improvement projects.
- Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
