This role involves installing and maintaining Microsoft Windows systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in IT support and a strong understanding of Windows environments. This position requires in-office work at an engineering facility, with potential for overtime and some domestic travel.

Formación

• 6+ years providing technical support in IT support role.
• 6+ years supporting Microsoft PC environment.
• 6+ years’ experience in a related field with extensive technical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, support, and maintain Microsoft Windows server/desktop infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot escalated server, software, and hardware issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to end users.

Conocimientos
