Formación

• 10+ years HR experience, with 5+ years managing ER issues.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at different organizational levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage labor and employee relations compliance.
• Collaborate with HRBP's to ensure effective ER management processes.
• Conduct investigations on employee conduct and ethical issues.
