Qualifikationen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Prior experience in administrative support, ideally in insurance.
- Must be based in Mexico and available in US time zones.
Aufgaben
- Handle incoming calls related to First Notice of Loss (FNOL).
- Interact with policyholders and agents for claim support.
- Enter FNOL report and claim documentation into the system.
- Process invoices and manage vendor coordination.
