Job Overview

The Client Success Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth by serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

They are responsible for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service and support.

The Client Success Specialist collaborates with internal teams to address client concerns, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive value for clients through effective regular communication and support.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Participate in regular check-ins and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of services.
  • Provide training, demonstrations, and best practice recommendations to clients to optimize their use of services.
  • Prepare welcome kit materials for new client onboards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address client needs and coordinate service delivery and customer service responses.
  • Other administrative tasks, as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or client services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence, and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on understanding client needs, identifying solutions, and delivering results.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, customer support tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of the language services industry.
