About the position

Join us as a Key Account Manager Jr (Energy Expert) to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! Work with our Sales team and play a critical role in achieving Bright's goals by aligning the Sales team with the company's priorities.

You’ll be responsible for explaining to people about energy generation, production, and efficiency and comparing our current model with the possibility of switching to solar.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate directly with potential customers regarding the benefits of switching to solar with our different products.
  • Obtain referrals from current prospects.
  • Analyze, gather, and upload documents needed for customers to "go solar."
  • Spread Bright’s mission to bring clean and affordable energy to Mexico while prospecting for customers.
  • Innovate and build a better company.
Key Results
  • Approve 7 monthly projects (Sales).
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales, negotiations, and sales follow‑up.
  • Consistently exceeded quota at the previous company.
  • Proactive and competitive.
