BikesOnline are seeking dedicated and skilled remote Sales Agents to join the team. As a vital part of the Sales department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional sales support to customers and our US Sales Supervisor.

• Present, promote and sell suitable bikes to customers based on their needs and enquiries, upselling parts & accessories relevant to their chosen bike.
• Sell products using solid arguments (rationale / value proposition) to prospective customers.
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Contribute to market analysis, assisting with sales tracking and status reports.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Answer customer questions about bike products and availability.
• Provide reports on sales to the Supervisor.
• Assist with assigned tasks from the Sales Supervisor; attend weekly meetings.
• Continuously improve through feedback and provide feedback on how the sales team can improve the customer experience and sales results.
• Undertake other ad hoc tasks as required.

• No formal qualifications required
• Previous bicycle experience essential
• Proven success as a sales representative or in a hospitality-related role
• Familiarity with a broad range of bicycle products, including parts and accessories
• Proficient in using CRM software for organization and customer follow-up
• Quality customer service in English essential
• Remote work reliability, meeting goals and timelines
• Strong listening, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Effective time management and multitasking
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and general computer/online skills
• Calm under stress and adaptable to system/process changes
• Proactive in achieving goals remotely
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Open to feedback, takes ownership, and demonstrates responsibility
