Role: Amazon Prime Exclusive Discount Support - Project-Based
Hours: 9:00am EST - 5:00pm EST
Salary: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
Length: 1 week

Location: Remote

Lago is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Amazon Prime Exclusive Discount Support. This project-based role involves uploading prime exclusive, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday discounts into our client's Seller Central Account.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload Amazon Prime Exclusive Discounts through flat files into Amazon
• Review upload to ensure discounts went through correctly and accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
• Gather feedback to improve discount offerings and customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Amazon and with uploading flat files for promotions
• Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and its features
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Highly organized and able to work independently in a remote environment

• Experience working in a project-based role or on short-term assignments
