Are you ready to make a difference in the world of data management? As an Associate - Data Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of data within CRM and MDM systems. This role involves routine reporting, data standardization, research, cleansing, and de-duplication. You will set quality expectations and uphold standards to achieve impactful results.

1. Manually update attributes managed records to improve core data, contacting users for proof and updating provider affiliation information via Data Change requests.
2. Manage Customer Data Change Requests.
3. Ensure timeliness and alignment to standard operating procedures.
4. Ensure quality and apply Business and Compliance Rules.
5. Conduct Ad-Hoc Data Analysis and Data Extracts.
6. Apply new verified data elements to core database records.
7. Assure that new data elements are not duplications of existing core data elements.
8. Accurately list newly applied data elements to the core database records.
9. Remove incorrect data elements and database records from core databases.
10. Document actions taken and required notation.
11. Audit the data quality of peers (other Data Stewards).
12. Coordinate via Service Requests for tasks required in MDM and CRM to be done by IT teams.
13. Maintain CRM and MDM aligned in Customer Data: Monitor the flow of data between MDM, CRM, and other databases for accuracy and data quality.
14. Process GDPR related requests (opt-outs from Open Data, opt-outs).
15. Enter and validate accounts, professionals, and other client information considering CRM transactions: Calls, Consent, Events attendance.
16. Develop, implement, and maintain data quality processes, training, and reference materials.
17. Follow data quality rules and processes to remove duplicate data, cleanse inaccurate data, standardize data entries, and schedule data analysis reports.
18. Perform daily CRM/MDM maintenance and project-based tasks, including resolving data issues, running data quality searches taking additional external research steps as needed.
19. Understand the current state of data providers and how data is entered into the CRM/MDM by various user profiles/application interfaces.
20. Plan priority areas of improvement and select any tools needed to support data quality programs (e.g., reporting) and develop a cadence of regular database maintenance.
21. Be part of initiatives to begin automating recurring data quality tasks and streamline/standardize dimensions needed for reporting and analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• People management experience
• Strong knowledge on databases and database concepts, SQL, analytical tools
• Experience with MS Office Tools – Word, Excel, and similar software
• Document processes and adhere to standard operating procedures and processes
• Basic project management skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Capable of managing multiple projects/requests simultaneously
• Work in teams, Collaborate and ensure Compliance
• Basic to limited exposure to issue/ticket management and/or tracking tools (ex: JIRA, ServiceNow)

• Exposure to MDM tools and systems – Reltio, Veeva
• Experience in Pharmaceutical domain
• Familiarity with tools like PowerBI, Snowflake, Python
• Industry Data knowledge – OneKey, Veeva Open Data, Definitive Health Care data, Payer Data etc.
