A manufacturing company in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to lead the production team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering and strong experience in electronics manufacturing. Key responsibilities include ensuring production goals are met with a focus on quality and safety, as well as managing and motivating the team effectively. Proficiency in English and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Production Supervisor to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing teams in a manufacturing environment—preferably within the electronics industry. You will be responsible for ensuring that production goals are met with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in production environments, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing production teams.
- Intermediate English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
