To evaluate business problems and recommend information systems solutions for a specific area of the company. To act as the systems development representative in the design and development of information systems to user groups. To plan system development projects, and ensure that project objectives are met through implementation. To coordinate implementation of information systems projects with user and technical groups.

• Handle escalated or more complex issues,
• Coordinate team activities or those of agency contract staff,
• Support supervisor or manager activities,
• Support the design, review and implementation of processes and procedures.

• Leads division personnel and management in evaluating and assessing business problems that may be solved by advanced technology.
• Leads division personnel and management in developing alternative technological solutions.
• Develops business justification and cost analysis of each alternative.
• Presents alternatives and recommendations to upper management and user groups.
• Provides business and technical expertise to technical and user groups to make final solution recommendation.
• Sets and maintains standards and procedures of systems design and project management, including training, documentation development methodologies, and design techniques.
• Exploits integration opportunities of existing and new technologies across divisions within FedEx Express.
• Develops schedules and performance reports to meet corporate project objectives and monitors project status.
• Informs management of potential project problems and recommends solutions.
• Develops conceptual systems designs and serves in an advisory capacity to technical and user groups in systems design and functional specifications.
• Acts as project lead in user acceptance testing.
• Leads systems design and enhancement projects.
• Assists user and technical groups in determination of project priorities through analysis of corporate and division objectives and return on investment.
• Facilitates implementation of information systems applications by directing activities and meetings between and within involved departments.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree / equivalent in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or Business.
• Must be fluent in English.

• Four (4) years business or systems experience which includes systems program management, matching business requirements to supporting system requirements, software design / development, systems training, application testing, systems migration and integration, or developing business user systems requirements.
• Experience with either technology assessments, decision support, information business services, network design, database design or software requirements definitions. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

• Must be able to analyze business operations and develop automated solutions.
• Must possess strong human relations and communications skills, planning and organizing abilities.
• Will be expected to collaborate with system users and technical developers.
• Ability to create, read, and research system documentation.

• Working knowledge of SSIS with Visual Studio in data transformation and management
• Understanding of .NET and C# programming languages
• English proficient
• TOEIC minimum score 750

This position will be remote initially and later follow a hybrid model.
