• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of safety and environmental activities, incidents, and audits.
• Support the implementation of safety procedures by liaising with various departments to promote awareness and compliance.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to safety and environmental standards to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of safety training sessions and emergency drills.
• Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to ascertain adherence to safety protocols and promptly report any hazards.
• Collaborate with department leaders to facilitate corrective actions and continuous improvement in safety performance.
• Maintain thorough records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Experience in safety administration within warehouse or logistics operations is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to manage records and reports efficiently.
• Ability to interpret safety regulations and company policies accurately.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members across various departments.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation would be advantageous.
