We are looking for a curious, motivated and proactive person to be part of one of the most amazing start-ups in the Food category across LATAM. As an Operations Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of the initiatives that will grow our active courier base.

• Support the daily operations of our acquisition channels system
• Analyze, model and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
• Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign targeting, messaging, and channels

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
• Proactiveness, curiosity and are eager to learn
• Structured thinking to solve diverse challenges
• Team player
• Proficient in Excel and Power Point (SQL is a plus)
• Fluent English
