A leading manufacturing firm in Mexico seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to plan and implement processes in areas like assembly, testing, and machining. Responsibilities include defining manufacturing standards, solving problems, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a relevant field and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Plan, organize and implement all activities related to the design and/or optimization of the company's manufacturing processes, specifically in the areas of manual assembly, testing, inspection, packaging, flow and handling of materials, machining, casting, winding, and others; so that said processes meet or exceed the goals set for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost.
You like to actively participate in brainstorming sessions, proposing solutions, and optimally resolving conflicts to achieve the best outcome for the project. You are a committed person, you possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to identify root causes of problems. You develop clear action plans, delegate tasks efficiently, and supervise progress towards goals. You regularly analyze customer feedback and market trends to anticipate future needs. You champion new insights and processes that improve product quality, performance, and overall customer experience.
