A global technology firm is seeking a Quality Lab Specialist to ensure high standards in manufacturing processes. Support flawless product launches through APQP processes.
Select and manage gages for incoming, lab, and process needs.
Maintain and update documented lab scope per customer requirements.
Coordinate internal and external calibration of all measuring and test equipment.
Validate equipment and gages using defined calibration intervals.
Train lab technicians on proper use of calibration devices.
Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
Audit external labs to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Metrology (CMM experience is a plus).
Minimum 3 years of experience in Calibration (Torque, pressure, leak testing preferred).
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and GD&T.
Proficient in advanced inspection, testing, and MSA.
Skilled in problem solving and quality core tools.
