Job Summary

Have you streamed a movie online, accessed an email, or utilized cloud services? If so, you’ve likely engaged with Equinix data centers in some capacity. Equinix operates International Business Exchange (Data Center) facilities where the information-driven world flourishes. Our Data Centers serve as a platform for many of the world’s leading brands to launch their next groundbreaking innovations.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications that scale across global infrastructure. You will work across the stack—from front-end interfaces to back-end services—and integrate with cloud platforms and enterprise systems to deliver seamless digital experiences.

• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js
• Build scalable and secure server-side applications using Node.js and Python
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Integrate applications with Azure services including API Management, AI Search, App Services, and Redis Cache
• Deploy and scale applications on Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or AWS, optimized for large enterprise environments
• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Architect and manage complex integrations with enterprise platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and Salesforce
• Handle secure data exchange using protocols like MCP and A2A
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and performance
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data protection standards

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Python
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure App Services, API Management, AI Search, Redis Cache, and either GCP or AWS
• Proven experience deploying and scaling applications in large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with integration protocols such as MCP and A2A
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
