Formación

Job Title: E-Commerce Project Manager

Job Overview:

Our client, a fast-growing eCommerce company, is looking for a highly organized and proactive E-Commerce Project Manager to oversee and streamline digital initiatives. In this role, you will serve as the central hub between teams ensuring campaign launches, website updates, ad creation, and creative asset development are executed on time and in sync. You’ll keep projects moving smoothly from concept to execution while ensuring alignment across all channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing end-to-end e-commerce campaign launches, ensuring cross-channel alignment.
  • Managing timelines and deliverables for website updates, creative assets, and ad campaigns.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, paid media) to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Monitoring project progress, anticipating risks, and proactively resolving roadblocks.
  • Ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment across e-commerce assets.
  • Reporting on project status and outcomes, providing insights for process improvements.

Must-Have:

  • Being based in Latin America with strong overlap in EST working hours.
  • Having proven experience as a Project Manager in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related industries.
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of e-commerce workflows (campaign planning, creative production, website management, ad launches).
  • Showing strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bringing excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Being proficient in project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Having experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Being familiar with marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo).
  • Showing creative problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate campaign needs.
