A leading automotive company in Mexico is looking for a highly experienced individual responsible for end-to-end development and validation of manufacturing processes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, proficiency in 3D modeling software, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry. Key responsibilities include overseeing process designs, auditing documentation, guiding new product introductions, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent teamwork and analytical skills are essential for success in this high-pressure environment.
The role is responsible for the end-to-end development and validation of manufacturing processes and equipment. A key focus of this role is applying Industrial Engineering principles to optimize production efficiency, quality, and cost, ensuring the successful launch of new products from R&D to high-volume manufacturing.
Led cross-functional teams in troubleshooting process issues and executing technical upgrade projects on schedule.
Managed the process engineering team, focusing on performance management, skill development, and strategic work planning.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret customer requirements and generate innovative solutions.
