This role requires collaboration with technician supervisors and is fully remote. Full-time, permanent position with a salary of $50 to $65 per month. About The Role

The field operations scheduling specialist is a key member of Electrik Pro’s success and helps across our operational organization.

This role requires a high degree of flexibility and a data-driven approach to operations.

This team member is the key stakeholder responsible for owning and coordinating all cross-functional aspects of ongoing projects.

What You’ll Do

• Understand expected start and end dates for every project and coordinate our team to meet these timelines
• Ensure scheduling requests are expertly processed and verified
• Appropriately plan jobs based on technician expertise and duration
• Work directly with technician supervisors to receive and provide updates on jobs occurring
• Report to supervisor process improvement initiatives by taking a solution-focused approach.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to independently problem solve and propose solutions in order to ensure data is clearly input and understood
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback in order to improve their own skills
• Strong verbal and written communication (English), and technical fluency
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to navigate and collect data, and in line with policies and procedures
• Comfort working in a startup environment and being part of creating processes and workflows, as well as assisting in any changes as the business scales
• Willing to work full-time remotely
