• Repair / maintenance of welding systems
• Integration of electrotechnical systems / software
• Installation and update of Fronius software
• Organization of training events for VSP teams, distributors and final customers in the country
• Adaptation of training documents
• Provide support for the introduction of products / systems / processes in the market
• Provide email and phone support for technical queries
• Provide support for complex system configurations
• Balance of capacity constraints in the national organization (holiday replacements, start-up assistance, start-up, etc.)
• Help with product management
• Attendance at events (workshops, seminars)
