A leadership development company in Xico, Veracruz, is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Account Management. This role requires strong leadership and business skills to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage account plans, lead a team of Program Directors, and foster innovation. A Bachelor's degree, extensive security industry experience, and a CPP designation are valued. This position offers a significant opportunity to drive growth and strengthen client partnerships.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in a field related to the security industry and/or business management.
  • Progressively responsible experience in the security industry, including supervisory experience.
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation desirable.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop account plans that align with client objectives and company priorities.
  • Lead a team of Program Directors to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the account management team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify and scale best practices across the portfolio.
