The ideal candidate will work remotely, require extensive knowledge of Italy, and possess fluency in English. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, maintaining client data, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Responsabilidades

  • Prepare and send Villa / hotel quotes and proposals.
  • Be the point of contact and coordinator between travel agents / clients and hotels.
  • Follow and record new requests and confirmations.
  • Crosscheck and reconfirm Villa / hotel bookings.
  • Issue invoices and process clients' payments.
  • Curate clients' stay and provide in-country assistance.
  • Monitor payments to Villas / hotels and cancellations.
  • Keep various company's files and databases updated.
  • Track receipts of commissions from Villas / hotels.
  • Assist the Reservations department in processing clients' inquiries, payments, and support.
  • Assist the Reservations department with creating customized private luxury itineraries.
  • Curate the company Villas / hotels portfolio.
  • Assist to the team in negotiating new and existing Villa / hotels contracts.
