This role facilitates communication among diverse teams and supports operations in an international context. Overview

Trilingual Translation (Mandarin Chinese / Spanish / English)

📍 Location: Puebla

🕘 Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Position Objective

Provide professional translation and interpretation support to Chinese executive management, ensuring clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate communication between Chinese executives and Mexican staff. This role is key to facilitating effective collaboration among multilingual teams and supporting business operations in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate documents, emails, presentations, reports, and official communications between Spanish, English, and Mandarin Chinese.
• Provide consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation during meetings, executive visits, client meetings, and audits (in-person and virtual).
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in all translations and interpretations.
• Adapt content considering cultural and business contexts for Chinese, Mexican, and international audiences.
• Support daily multilingual communication between international teams.
• Review and prepare executive reports and presentations in the three languages.
• Provide linguistic support during corporate events or business activities when required.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages, Translation, International Relations, International Business, or related fields.
• Languages:
  • Advanced professional Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Advanced professional Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Advanced professional English (spoken and written)
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in translation and/or interpretation in a corporate or international environment.
• Preferred Knowledge: Understanding of Chinese and Mexican business cultures and intercultural communication.
• Key Skills: Linguistic accuracy, attention to detail, confidentiality, strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability.
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams; familiarity with translation tools is a plus.
