This role

The Territory Expansion Sr Manager will be responsible for nurturing and expanding key partner relationships, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated team to grow these accounts with high-quality, profitable sales, and design, implement, and manage marketing and channel strategies to maximize growth within these channels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead cross-functional teams to launch and iterate on product features, pricing, credit policies, and customer experience.
  2. Partner with credit risk teams to balance approval rates and risk performance, ensuring healthy unit economics and low delinquency.
  3. Identify and validate new customer segments and use cases for expansion, leveraging data and user research.
  4. Design and execute go-to-market strategies in coordination with growth, sales, and CRM teams to drive adoption and engagement.
  5. Monitor product P&L and key performance indicators (e.g., activation rate, utilization, NPL, CAC, retention), and lead initiatives to improve performance.
  6. Collaborate with external partners (issuers, processors, payment networks, BNPL or embedded finance providers) to expand capabilities.
  7. Enhance product offerings through external partnerships to enable benefits in the products.
  8. Stay informed about market trends, competitive benchmarks, and regulatory developments to ensure long-term product viability.
  9. Contribute local insights to influence the product vision and roadmap for Credit Card and Credit Line products, aligned with company growth objectives.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Experience in Business Development, account management, trade marketing with carriers, retailers, and distributors, with a strong understanding of finance and technology.
  3. Proven success in key account management and building/managing effective sales teams.
  4. Action-oriented and energetic, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  5. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  6. Proficiency in conflict resolution and proactive problem-solving.
  7. Strong data analysis skills to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive strategy.
