What will you do?
- Serve as the primary technical authority for Automation and Drives solutions, providing advanced troubleshooting and guidance to resolve complex customer issues.
- Act as an escalation point for critical cases, collaborating with engineering and global technical teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recurring technical challenges and proposing process enhancements.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Develop and maintain high‑value technical documentation, best practices, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Services, and Product Management to influence solution design and identify strategic business opportunities during customer interactions.
- Represent the technical support function in cross‑functional projects and customer engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Automation and Drives within Technical Support, Field Service, or Engineering roles.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
