Team Leaders / Floor Managers LATAM Market (Mexico-Colombia): Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese. South African Market (South Africa): Fluent in English. Location: Remote (No relocation package). TL; DR: Lead dynamic teams in LATAM or South Africa with your strong language skills and leadership flair.

Responsibilities

  • For the LATAM Market: Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential to effectively communicate and manage local teams.
  • For the South African Market: Fluent English is required to lead teams in a diverse and vibrant environment.
  • You\'ll focus on understanding the specific challenges and opportunities within the South African market, adapting strategies to meet local needs and driving performance.
