Your Mission

Turn vision into campaigns that make history — by bringing in the right talent to make it possible. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building the teams that keep Naranti growing and shaping the future of OOH.

What you’ll be doing
  • Publish and promote vacancies on Naranti Careers and other recruitment platforms.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews (competency-based + cultural fit).
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
  • Administer and follow up on psychometric/technical tests.
  • Manage onboarding logistics: documentation, induction sessions, welcome kits.
  • Maintain and nurture the talent pool for future openings.
  • Prepare and deliver recruitment reports and KPIs (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Strong knowledge of competency-based interviewing, ATS platforms, and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive (occasional travel required).
  • Team player, results-driven, and committed to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
