Key Responsibilities

• Help identify, attract, and support top talent across our healthcare services.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for a high‑volume, high‑impact environment.
• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to support the team’s goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong, confident communicator who builds rapport with ease.
• Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize like a pro.
• Passionate about people, purpose, and matching the right fit.
