Introduction

The Amazon Mexico team is looking for the leader of the CFX function. We are looking for a smart and innovative leader who is self-sufficient and thrives in ambiguity, can drive results across technical and multifunctional teams, and develop a high performance organization.

Key Responsibilities within the CFX space in Mexico

• Develop a high performance team of direct reports as well as the overall product management function spanning across multiple teams.
• Coordinate the tech roadmap for Mexico DEX and NCRC and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams worldwide.
• Lead programs such as SSD, Speed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• 6+ years of team management experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
