Overview

NTT DATA seeks a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in CDMX, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and conducts thorough quality-control tests to ensure that software operates properly, is defect-free, and meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements.
• Uses testing principles, methodologies, tools and techniques to ensure quality. Documents and works to resolve all problems.
• Reports progress on problem resolution to leadership.
• Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations.
• Takes the lead on difficult defect detection, problem solving and troubleshooting with complex software.
• Detects problems where standard practice and/or software have failed to meet client requirements.
• Works with application development team and client to ensure that all client requirements / problems are met and resolved.
• Addresses escalated technical defects identified by less experienced team members.
• Provides support in areas such as feasibility studies and design review.
