Formación

This position is based on a Cruise Ship.

Nurses administer intravenous (IV) therapies and nutrient injections to onboard guests.

Nurses are expected to promote their services onboard to meet revenue targets.

This is a sales-based job.

The position reports directly to the Spa Manager.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Completed nurse education and hold a nurse degree from a recognized college or university.
• Hold a current valid nurse license.
• Comfortable with giving presentations and speaking in front of large groups.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Work closely with the Medi–Spa Sales Consultant.
• Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills.
• Effective presentation skills related to medi-spa services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Be punctual for work and appointments.
• Provide professional nurse-spa services and treatments according to protocols.
• Conduct patient follow-up as needed.
• Support scheduling needs of the spa and guests.
• Care for equipment and use supplies responsibly to assist with cost control.
• Follow service pricing policies.
• Cross-promote other spa services.
• Maintain sanitation and sterilization standards.
• Clean and restock treatment rooms.
• Manage inventory of medical products and supplies.
• Report incidents involving staff or guests to management.
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally.
• Respond promptly and accurately to guest requests.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
