A leading payment solutions company in Ciudad de México is seeking a Settlement Operations Support Specialist to assist merchants with funding inquiries and ensure timely responses to issues. You will leverage your customer service experience and analytical skills to resolve challenges effectively. Formación

  • Prior Banking experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • 2-3 years of Customer Service experience.

Responsabilidades

  • Respond to Salesforce tickets in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and work Daycheck cases.
  • Call merchants to get updated ACH banking information for failed ACH.
  • Assist SpotOn departments with deposit inquiries.

About the role

As a Settlement Operations Support Specialist, you will ensure that SpotOn’s current merchants understand funding and our procedures and policies.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to Salesforce tickets in a timely manner
  • Monitor and work Daycheck cases
  • Call merchants to get updated ACH banking information for failed ACH
  • Call merchants to get updated banking information for failed billings through our CRM
  • Assist all SpotOn departments and Sales Associates with all deposits and settlement inquiries
  • Rebill merchants if billing has failed once billing information has been updated as needed
  • Respond to all individual Slack messages as well as Team messages in a timely manner
  • Respond to all emails addressing failed billing issues in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Research. Relevant to the search for information, decision making and performance of other tasks related to the position.

  • Efficiency. To achieve the expected results in a timely and appropriate manner.

  • Honesty. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a discreet manner and according to the corresponding regulations.

  • Crisis management. Ability to handle situations of pressure and difficulty with patience and without jeopardizing the quality of the work.
  • Prior Banking experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • 2-3 years of Customer Service experience.
