We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Compliance Specialist to join our team in Tyson. The ideal candidate will have over 5-8 years of experience in security compliance and a deep understanding of various compliance frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain security compliance programs to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential security risks and ensure compliance with SOC, HIPAA, ISO, FedRamp, CMMC, and NIST standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor and report on compliance status, providing recommendations for remediation and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and regulatory changes to ensure the organization remains compliant.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on security compliance best practices and requirements.
• Own the preparation and submission of compliance documentation and reports to regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of SOC, HIPAA, ISO, FedRamp, CMMC, and NIST compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
