A leading technology consulting firm in Monterrey is seeking a Customer Service Senior Process Executive. This role requires proven experience in customer service and proficiency in English. The ideal candidate will process orders, handle customer complaints, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time, requiring 100% in-office presence.

Formación

  • 6 months to 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • Work availability to be 100% in office.
  • Basic supply chain knowledge is a plus.

Job Title: Customer Service Senior Process Executive – Ejecutivo de Procesos Senior, Customer Service

Location: Monterrey, Mexico.

Department: Americas Customer Care

Reports To: Customer Service Team Lead

Mandatory
  • Proven 6 m to 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Excellent command of English to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Work different shifts on the last day of the Month.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends very occasionally.
  • Availability to Work 100% in office.
  • Experience in O365.
  • Live time support tool/Face to face customer experience.
  • Agile Methodologies.
  • Result and target focused
Nice to have
  • Basic supply chain knowledge.
  • Order and contract management in CRM/ERP/Dynamics is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders, and process returns.
  • Help customers with complaints and questions.
  • Give customers information about their orders.
  • Deliver high customer service to perform support within a supply chain for a technology service provider.
  • Ticket support.
  • Live chat support.
